Default Verify Knock Sensors Before Engine Goes In??

Hey guys/gals, I'm getting pretty close to my new engine going in. My last one blew up, and part of my tuning nightmare is the sensors not working. The PCM says they're bad; I've replaced both sensors and part of the wiring. It was automatically pulling 4 degrees at WOT, so I had to disable them in Edit, but I HAVE to make sure they're working on the new combo.

Is there a way to test them before the motor actually goes back in? What can I troubleshoot to get these damned things working?
