rear deck to gas tank clearance?

Default rear deck to gas tank clearance?

how much room is there between the deck and the gas tank? i was gonna mount my amp on the deck but im concerned about hitting the tank....

not much clearance there at all . the extreme sides offer a little bit but i would consider putting your amp down in the very rear well instead. plus, leaving that amp siting there is an invitation to getting your window busted and your equipment carried off but some lowlife dirtbag to support their crack habit. if they don't see it , they won't try to steal in most cases ......

I pulled my carpet and gorilla glued a piece of wood underneath. Then we put the carpet back over and mounted the amp.

the wood is the only way i woudl do it.

you have less than an inch between the sheetmetal, to the tank

im fairly sure its even less than 1/2"

I ended up usinga piece of mdf and glued it with liquid nails and pulled the carpet back over it...worked great
