Saw a LS1??? Today i went for a cruise and saw a T/A Ls1 with its right tire Sticking out more then its left tire? I spoke to the guy and told him what was up with it i tought i was one of those Rebuild cars but he showed me his Clean Title! is it a Dealership Problem?
