What would make my car idle funny. When backing out of the driveway and giving it alittle gas and letting off it, it almost dies and it has died sometimes @ different parking lots when backing out and letting off the gas the needle drops and when @ a light it idles from 600 to 400 and when the AC is on @ a light it really goes crazy from 700 to 300. Any ideas?

Its been doing it for awhile. But i really noticed it when I turned on the AC.

Bad Fuel Filter?
Bad Battery?

If you havent modified any related part recently then it could be a few things:
* Fuel Filter
* O2 sensors
* Air Filter
* MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor)
* IAT (Inlet Air Temperature Sensor)
* ICV (Idle Control Valve)
* Spark Plugs
* Wires
* Fuel Pump
* Injectors

I would start with the Filters and O2 sensors first. Definately change the filters if they are the originals. You might want to get your car scanned (not just for codes) before throwing a bunch of money at it.
