Default Head swap

Getting readey to swap heads on my car 2000 camaro ,it has SLP longtubes can they stay in place? or do they have to drop out to get to the lower head bolts?

You don't have to fully remove them from the car, but you will need them to drop down to get to the lower head bolts. I was able to loosen my headers where they met the Y-pipe and push them out to the side a little and they dropped down.

It's kinda what the bartender tells me......You don't have to go home but you gotta get the f*** outta here! The headers don't have to come all the way out but you need alot of room to work on getting the lower head bolts out. I pulled my headers all the way out and it made it alot easier.
