Default results w/ this setup?

I am planning on installing a hot cam (first time) , timing chain, pushrods, and retainers(all from SDPC).

I realize there are better cams out there that will make better hp at higher rpm's. I have made my decision based on price(I am very short on $)and the great sound of the cam. It will go on a 99Z M6 with 50K with lid, descreened MAF, ORY, and flowmaster, also hypertech but I was told that should be set to stock before install.

I have ran the best of a 13.4 at 106 in really cold conditions and horrible tires. What type of HP gains should I expect and how much could my track times improve (Before tuning) Thanks for input. GREATLY APPRECIATED-all friends drive 5.0's

I would guess 30 HP, & 3 tenths. I think a cutout would also help a lot, since you don't have headers.

Thanks alot, is that about the average hp gains on a cam ( I mean roughly, I have read countless topics on how other cams make more hp than hc), but are we talking 5hp or like 10-15hp!
Would having it tuned help out. Was I told right about having to set the HPP3 to stock?
