They all run 12s right off the factory floor....haven't you heard?
Sorry, I couldn't resist. In truth it varies. My friends 99 SS ran a 13.01 bone stock, while my WS6 ran 13.50s with a lid & K&N. Another friend is running 13.20s with a lid, K&N, RT Y-pipe & ported TB. Location matters too. All of these were in the Seattle area.
So I would say that out here, mid 13s is the norm. In Texas, it's more like 10s.

my time is in my sig. keep in mind though it was NOT ideal conditions for running besides the track being sticky. i would like to think my auto could do a 13.5-6 in much cooler weather (like 50* would be perfect).
just because you read on this site that people have went 13.1 and 13.0 doesn't mean you will be able to do that. im thinking the norm is about 13.4- 13.8 depending on car (gears, auto/stick/ ram air or not, driver).
im kind of pissed about my time only because i hear of people going faster with a stock car, but what can you do.. almost ALL of the f-bodies (i ran at maple grove in pa and it was camaro/firebird/corvette day) were running right around 13.8. a few went like 13.6 or so ( i think most of these guys were stock like me or maybe exhaust). then of course there were the fast ones. i think location is KEY! (elevation of maple grove im not sure of but it is kind of in the mountains).
