GEN7 no fuel

Default GEN7 no fuel
Just installed a GEN 7 on a 98 LS1. Not getting fuel thru the injectors. Engine cranks, fires all connections seem to be good. Have 12 volts at the injector and it drops to 10 when turning engine. NO pulsing. Ideas on things to check

make sure injector firing order all digets are there or it won't start stagerd batch 13572468

go to imput dignostics by pressing (ctrl D)make sure you have crank and cam sensors working they should flash i think red and blue
