Default Killing cats...need advice

Ok I am going to have my cats removed and put some pipe in place for the time being as sometime next year I am going to put on some MAc midlegnths and GMMP cat back. I contacted predator and they made me another custom tune with rear O2's deleted and they turned off the COT funtion in the pcm. Has anyone did this type of mod, what kind of problems have you had. What kind of power gains might I see...Let me know what you think. TIA...Todd

I took mine out when i installed my lt's. put in some o2 simms and i dont know how much rwhp u can get from taking them off, but it sounds great. the only thing that i noticed, and it happened also with an lt1 i use to have, is that the gas pedal is much lighter.... but thats about it.
