HARLAN! I'm about to scream!
I thought I had the 2-step figured out, but I just tried to make a short burst to do ATAP, and the 2-step was on and engaged at 4000 rpm.
The other day when I rewired it, I tested it several times in the garage. It would only engage when I engaged the momentary switch. Now it's on all the time.
This is how I have it wired in conjunction with my t-brake:
-12+ lead to toggle switch (this arms my trans-brake)
-12+ out from toggle to positive feed on t-brake solenoid
-Ground from t-brake solenoid and white wire from 2-step connected to one side of momentary switch
-Gray wire from 2-step connected to ground full time
Is it the gray wire? Does that also go through the momentary switch?
Frustrated <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />
