Maybe it was the street tires, half tank of gas, full interior, spare, jack, CD collection, no short belt - full street trim - and my posi has seen better days.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Best thing about it was the 1.84 60' with the stock Goodyears(16" 25 psi)! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> Probably a solid 12.5 for my car.

I was just curious as to what it would run in 'daily driver' form and I hadn't run it that way since it was stock and it went 8.6's. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> My first run was an 8.9 @ 84 - lol, then the 8.00, then a spinning 8.6 and finished with a 8.3 @ 88. Yes, traction was an issue with a Yank PT4200 and street tires - heck, it's an issue sometimes with slicks!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Most fun I've had at the track in a long time! No pressure and no reason to be disappointed! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Man, great minds think alike! I was wanting to do the same thing today at Ennis! I'm curious as to what kind of 60' I could manage with the Nittos. <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" /> I still might do it if the weather will hold out.

It was definitely challenging.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> On the first run I left it in D like I normally do, but all the spinning and TM really screwed up the run. Shifting, downshifting, etc.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Someone suggested I manually shift it and that worked really well if I could keep my foot off the gas(which is difficult for me <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> ) and walk it out of the hole.

I did the same thing last night. Decided to give the Nitto's another chance at redeeming themselves, because last time the ST3500 beat up on them pretty bad.

Best on the Nitto's before was an 8.27 on a 1.95 60', last night I went 8.03 @ 88 with a 1.77. I was pretty happy considering I was in full street trim too <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

awesome MPH also.. i went 89mph on my 7.5 run, so if you hook you should be 90-91mph <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

i was facking around testing the cam out last night and only went 7.8 and 12.2 lol.. coulda been cause i had my shifts points at 6400 and rev limiter set on 6200 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> sucks banging the limiter 20 times and letting off to get off the limiter. 1.8 60 didnt help either <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

hopefully now ill be in the 7.3 range and 11.6 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
