Default Anyone have this setup? Opinions?

I am asking this, cause Im getting ideas for when I get my car...

OK, LT Headers to a catted y, and dual QTECs before the cats? Is this possible?

I want a setup thats gonna sound as quiet as I can get, and can pass a visual inspection(Cats)...Then when I want that POWER I can flip a switch...

Also, anyone know the quietes Catback available??

Thanks
