Default F1 Cam?

I have a couple of questions one is what does the 0 and 4 degrees of advance mean and which one would work best for me? Also will I have to do anything internally also to have this done what does this mean cam will clear with a milled head up to .30 and big valves up to a 2.05/1.60@.30 removed from heads.

Thanks, Steve

The lower the #, the lower it brings the powerband. If you have a 6-speed, I would get +4 degrees, +2 if it's an auto.

Yeah, I found a pretty good discussion at LUNATI. It said:

Advance improves low-end power and response:

ADVANCE:
* Begins intake event sooner.
* Opens intake valve sooner.
* Builds more low-end torque.
