Last week while at the track my car didn't want to start. It eventually did and I made my run. Did the same thing when I left to come home. Ran good all weekend. Now tonite it fires right up. I wash and detail it....it doesn't want to start so I can pull it back in the garage. I have 60psi of fuel pressure, my plugs have about 1500miles(no nitrous) on them. The motor has 1500 also. I may pull the plugs to see. The car runs great once it starts. Thanks for any ideas.

When you say doesnt want to start, does it even turn over at all? Mine randomly doesnt want to start, but the starter doesnt even turn the motor over. j/w if we are on the same page....

Yes it cranks over but just doesn't fire.

Just to eliminate it, swap out the ignition relay with another in the power distrubution box. The next time it does it be prepaired to check it, listen for the fuel pump etc.......

The fuel pump is coming on when it tries. I have 60lb pressure at the rails also.

Any ideas. Car runs great once it starts. Could starter be getting weak? Seems to turn over fine.
