Default Can you port the Combustion Chambers on LS1 heads?

OK, simple ? Can you port the combustion chambers out on stock LS1 heads from 67.5cc's to 69.5-70.cc? I know on some heads it can be done just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this. Thanks, Jarred

We have CNC programs for machining the chambers on LS1 heads. We even have a program for opening up the LS6 chambers to 71cc. The LS1 chambers finish up at 72cc with minimum headmilling. These are usually for large displacement or supercharged applications.

Good luck,

Richard
