If you have a jack and some jackstands you can do it at home. It's really easy.
  • Jack and support the car
  • remove the wheels
  • remove and hang calipers out of the way, remove rotors
  • remove parking brake cables
  • put a jack under the rear and raise it a bit
  • loosen the lower shock nuts and slide the shocks out
  • remove torque arm
  • remove driveshaft
  • slide the brakelines out of their holders so they're free from the rear
  • remove PHB
  • remove LCAs
  • remove misc electrical connectors
  • Slowly lower the rear out after you have checked for no left over connections or brake lines attached
Install is reverse of removal.

Nope. I have the tools and patience to do it.

That's probably a "fair" rate, though.

It's easy, just time consuming... rear end swap can be done in about 4 hours on your own.

Me and a couple of friends of mine completed two rear end swaps in under 6 hours, so it helps having an extra set of hands or two.

Do the shock bolts last when removing. You can let the rear hang on just the shocks while you take everything else apart. If you have problems with re-installing the torque arm, jack the rear end up and down until the bolts slide through the TA/rear end.
