Default Will this hurt my tune?

I had my car tuned about 3 weeks ago. I started my car to move it out of the garage & I have a service engine light. I thinks its because my headlights, foglights, parking lights are all unplugged but I havent had a chance to scan it yet. So if I reset the PCM by pulling the fuses, or if I scan it & then clear the codes am I gona lose my tune?

What cam do you have? Did it start kinda rough? Might be a misfire code....

Your tune is still there, it can't change unless you reprogram it.
