My question is, are these top of the line parts or a budget build up:

lunati 4340 crank shaft
custom forged Diamond racing pistons
speed pro plasma moly rings
oliver billet main rods
comp r hyd. roller lifters
custom built SS step headersc
stage III ported heads by modern cylinder head
jesel ss shaft mount rocker arms
manley pushrods

He claims $23 just in motor (parts/labor/install) and another $6K in procharger with AP Eng. doing all tuning.

those are pretty much top of the line. you're lookin at a real quality build up there...its a hell of a deal. if i could sell my car and swing 27k of financing i'd be all over that deal like white on rice on a white paper plate in a snow storm. go for it man, you won't regret it. you can crank out WAY more horses out of her with that D1....trust me.
