I had a BLAST!
The track was hooking so hard, Josh and I renamed it "THE GORILLA" raceway. Nice turn out but I was expecting to see more cars. I got to meet PRO STOCK JOHN and he seemed to be a cool guy. Slomaro was running his A** off but broke a driveshaft because the GORILLA was so well preped. Tony's car was very impressive in the brackets but I think he needs to take his winnings and go BUY a DRIVER and a REAL CATCH CAN instead of the Home Depot PAINT CAN he was using. BTW Tony...we were making bets in the stands if you were going to miss a gear or not! I think Josh won some $ on that. Ha Ha! Madman's car was pretty nice as well. I just hope at the next event you guys that set it up will have a Corvette class because I would love to bring my car when it's ready. Over all the event was very well organized and I had a good time.

Re: I had a BLAST!
To say the track was hooking would be an understatement. That was my first time to ever break a driveshaft. The event was definately alot of fun and I cant wait until the next one.

Thats okay Nick, I won $225 at the event even while missing a few gears. Beats sitting in the stands like your non-car running butt haha.
I haven't raced the car for 6 months, I guess I'm sorta rusty (and driving with a 3-hour sleep and hangover haha)

I was surprised by having a 9 second capable car you had a stock aluminum driveshaft still on the car... What kind of setup do you have?
