Moser T-Bolt thread engagement I was wondering if anybody had any problems with getting full thread engagement on their T-bolts. I have a Moser 9" and I used grade 8 SAE washers and Nylock nuts with red lock-tite. Even when fully torqued down, the threads did not come completely through the nylon ring on the Nut. I considered not using the washer... but just didn't feel comfortable doing this. I spoke to Moser and they said that they had never heard of this problem and felt that it was nothing to worry about. Anyone else notice this?

What, Moser not admitting to a problem?!?!?! Say it isn't so. LOL.
Mine were the same way. I bought new longer grade 8 bolts and ground the head a little to fit like the t-bolts do.
The other option is just to use some blue loctite on the nut they supplied. That'd work too.
