Default Spun a Rod Bearing

Hey all, First post on the Board. I've been on Ls1.com forever and check this site out everyday but have been to lazy to sign up.

About a week ago I spun a rod bearing in my motor. I have a free LS6 I might put in or sell (my dad just droped a 427 in his vette). If the money Is right I might sell it and buy a 408.

anyway my question is this. What parts can I take off my motor and either reuse or sell. I know alot depends on how much metal has gone through the motor. I am on a bigtime budget if I get this 408 and would like to reuse my push-rods, springs/keepers etc.

Thanks for the info
