Question Differences between A4 and M6 ecm and harness..

I have a 2002 ls1 & 6 speed transmission, but the ecm is somewhat bent and about 15 wires are severed at the plugs. I have a good deal on an entire ecm and engine harness from a 2002 camaro, but it's an automatic. Does anyone know how different the plugs on the harness are, if I can reprogram the ecm and what differences there will be, etc.. Thanks in advance.

Default

as far as I understand it... only difference for 99-02 A4 to M6 is the code in the PCM

I bought a spare PCM from Valvegod 2 years ago... had it flashed to a 2000 A4 operating system by the dealership... then a few weeks back I upgraded to a 2002 A4 OS ... 98 is the only oddball year
