need help with skinnies

I'm looking for some info on or manufacturers that make 4" or so front tires for a 16" or 17" rim. I can't do a 15" due to brake clearance.

I think the Welds are the only wheels that have clearance issues. Just run a spacer in the front with the skinnies.
