Default what tires for me???

I currently have a 98 Z28 rolling on the stock 16" crome 5-spoke. The tires I bought the car with were nitto 450's. I need new tires and was wondering what tire would be better. I don't plan on track time, just the ocassional street race (damn imports), and no road racing, just canyon occassionally. Basically I am looking for a tire that handles well, has good grip, and decent tread life. So, what tire will give me the best of all worlds? I know not one tire can do it all, but whats the best for me, should I stick with the Nitto 450's, or what. I want it to be no more than 500 for all four. Thanks.

I haven't owned them, but they're on the top of my list for replacement tires. I haven't read anything bad about them...
