Default Reliable Valve Train Recc's - Rockers, Pushrods & Lifters

Okay LS1 Tech Experts:

I need your advice. Here's the requirements:

USE: Daily driver Z06, fully track prepped. Car must be reliable and pass CA smog.

Motor: Stock LS6. AFR 205's, LS6 intake with Katech Ported Throttle Body, Blackwing, ECU mods, MSD wires, Ported oil pump, Accusump (road racing must), Rollmaster Forged Timing Chain with Torrington Bearing, stock injectors.

Trans: Stock MN12 with trans cooler, Redline D4, Exedy Clutch

Diff: Getrag 3.73 with Diff Cooler

Exhaust: Stock O1 Z06 cast iron LS6 Manifold with Stock Ti Cat Back System

CAM: TBD, probably custom grind with emphasis on torque between 2000-5800 rpm. Will be something fairly mild but more than the stock LS6 cam with 115 LSA to comply with smog.

Requirement: My buddies all have suffered from bent push rods and the like...Bulletproof valve train is my ideal goal. AFR's have the Patriot Dual's, so that's ok. What about the rockers, pushrods and lifters? Some folks have suggested stock pieces as inexpensive and durable items. I priced out GM Parts direct replacements and found them to not be so cheap. So with that in mind what about the following:

1. Durabillity of aluminum Crane and HS rockers vs. Steel adjustable Comp Cams 1.75'?

2. What's better than the Comp Cams Hi Tech Push Rod ?,

3. and lifters, the stockers are the same price as the Crane and Comp equivalent. If I go with Comp R's and an adjustable rocker, any benefit?

Or, should I reuse my stock LS6 valve train if its still ok? Valve train weight is important but at the RPM I'll be using max durability is key.

Your thoughts???????

6. custom id the best, but a tr224 will do you fine

1-They spit bearings out. HS would be my choice.
2-Comp Hitech are fine
3-Comp 850 or stockers (too many collapse issues with "R" and are not needed for cams with lower than .600 lifts)
4-QTP or Stainless Works for headers.
5- 62 cc AFR's
6- 220/220, .581/.581 115lsa straight up. Can't get a curve flatter than this otherwise we would call it linear.

Thanks for the great advice. Do the aluminum rockers hold up?
