Question Headers Install Question

I just ordered Pacesetter Race LT's, and am going to order a SLP Air Box Lid. If I eliminate all the emissions stuff from the car can I get away with ordering a 98-99 air lid without the little hose coming from the rear of the lid or do I still need to get the 00+ one. Thanks in advance.

I plugged the whole on mine and just put a breather on the end of the hose, so you should be fine with getting one without the hose.

If you delete the AIR there is no need to get the breather, just get the 98-99 Air Lid.

True, if you remove the AIR injection, the hose that attaches to the lid should no longer be there because its part of the system. So order a lid in the years that did not come with it. No need to spend money on a breather if the hose is going to serve no purpose after the AIR is removed.
