Default Where to get pistons flycut in block...IL/WI/IN area

Like the topic says. I just ordered a G5x2 cam and i have 5.3 heads with oversized vlaves. So i have to flycut, are there any shops within the chicago area that can do this if i bring them my block? Do the pistons need to be out of the block? I know thunder racing sells the flycutting tools, but they cost almost as much as forged pistons. So if it can be done without disassembling my bottom end and for cheaper than buying forged pistons, il do it!
Now, is this possible, where, and how much?
thanks to all that help me out.

I'm no mechanic, but I don't see how it would be done in block.

I guess with the tool from thunder racing you have to use a head with no valve guides (to use the tool) and you can do it with the pistons in the block. This is what i heard, i might be wrong...
