I may soon be able to acquire a 12 bolt rear with posi and auburn 3.30 racing gears for good price. I will need new axles for this because of spline differences wont I?

I am also wondering how hard is it to change out the rear end? I am sure it takes some time, but I will have help from some very competent people. What types of problems should I look out for?
