Default 2.73 to 3.42 with 3 series swap

Hi guys, i've searched with no luck as to what did or didnt have to be done with this swap. What I'm doing is swapping out my 2.73's (99 with 65,000 miles) to an Auburn from a 96 WS6 with 63,000 miles. The pinion comes with the last U joint Yoke on it, and the gear already mated to the carrier. When installing, what will have to be done with the setup? backlash? Pinion angle? etc etc. Can some things be skipped since it's already mated? Pinion angle and backlash for sure i guess, but would this be a pretty simple install for 4+ guys to do? not sure on their knowledge yet. I'd be able to rent tools from Autozone i guess. Thanks in Advance

well i think I'm gonna get a shop to do it. Would it be cheaper being that the gear is mated and the pinion is on the yoke, or will they have to change that to fit my rear? Also, i've heard something about a reluctor ring, so i need one of those?
