Unusual T/A

Got a couple questions, what do these need to be set at for the track? Also I have a eibach pro kit currently on the car, i have the hal front springs I can install and I need to know the best combo springs/hals for the best track times. My best time so far is 7.9@89.7 with the pro kit and stock shocks.

for a m6 in the front i run 2 or 3 depending on track prep and back i run 5 right and 4 left. for the street, 5 in the front and 3 in the back.
