Unhappy Need Help! Broken Window (drivers side)

I need help, I rolled the drivers side window down to pay for parking and it did not come back up. Fuses were o.k., passengers side works from either side, pulled off the door panel and could not see any problems. When I attempt to roll it back up I can see lights on the gauges dim a little (with car off).

1. Is there anything else I can do to isolate the problem more?
2. How can I get the motor out if that is what it truly is??? Too many obstacles in the way, I can't see an easy way to get it out.
3. What do I need to do to install it.

Same happened to me, except my driver window is stuck in the up position. I'm just dealing with it for now, I'd rather use my money for more mods instead fixing a window. I just use AC all the time and don't go through drive-thru's.

The moter cost 50.00 at autozone and you can do it in about 1 hour. I have done both of mine.
