wierd ticking from engine

wierd ticking from engine I notice theotherday that my engine was making a wierd ticking. I could only hear it at low RPM's cause of the exhaust and blower noise. Seems to be rythmic and from the center of the engine. Does anyone know what it is? I tought it might be a bad spring of loose rocker but the car idles ok.
