Default Leaning out my A/F ratio with Edit?

I am currently trying to do it by increasing the injectors flow rate table (IFR) but I just want to make sure I am doing it the correct way!

For part-throttle....yes. For WOT, no.

PE table is used at WOT (well any time power enrichment is entered), higher the value richer the car is at WOT

you want to adjust the IFR table to get it right for normal driving , then adjust PE for WOT ... correct IFR values make VE tuning much easier, and a proper VE table is very helpful for setting correct PE values
