Default Moser Rear Cover hitting upper PHR...WTF???

I just installed my Moser friday night with the rear girdle cover, test drove it, no problems, worked awesome. Well today, my buddy and I decided to do a little burnout, and it was ok. Then we pulled out a neighborhood and got a little nasty, then I started hearing a noise everytime the suspension traveled. I had my buddy push on the back of the car and I saw that my upeer PHR was hitting the cover of the girdle cover, WTF? I didn't have this problem before, and now this, what could it be? Should I just notch out the sections it's hitting and let it go? Someone help me out...

I had the same problem, sounds really scary when it hits too doesn't it, we just took a grinder/dremel and grinded it out, now it clears fine and I have had no driveability issues.

Yea it sounded pretty bad, I was thinking about doing that, but I just wanted to make sure it was because of the cover and not because of me.

Thanks
