Default Edelbrock victor y pipe help

I bought a set of victor headers. I added the collectors on the ends of the headers. They are 11 inches long. What im afraid of is that the y pipe is set up to come off the merge collectors. Has anyone used the y pipe with these headers?

Im adding random tech cats too. I was going to weld them into the y pipe.Im thinking i might have to go to a custom x pipe. Any ideas?

What I would do is order the Edelbrock Y pipe (E6571) and modify it to work with your cats. It should be alot cheaper & easier tan getting an exaust shop to build you one. I have them very cheap until the end of this mounth, let me know if I can help!!

I bought my headers from you. Last i looked you were back ordered. I would love to order one and modify it. I was going to add qtec cutout at the y pipe merge too. Im still thinking It might not work because my collectors are 11 inches. Im afraid the y pipe might hit the trans. Im hooking up to the stock ss exhaust too. Has anyone actually installed this set up?
