Default Labor for somewhat minor body work?

In order to get my car back to 110%, I just need to replace my old, bent driver's side fender rails with new ones. I have all the necessary parts, and can mount the hood anf fender on my own, but do not have either the means nor ability to cut/weld them. How much do you think a decent body shop would charge to cut off the old driver's side fender rails and weld in the new ones, provided I have all the necessary parts and there is nothing else to be done? Please help as this is vitally important. Thank you.

no one could really say for sure. Your best bet is to contact a few local body shops for quotes. Each cost is going to vary due to different circumstances.
