Another Driving light Option for Camaros
Well, to make a long story sorta short, I had the Pilot 2028s. That is, until I broke one of the lenses and couldn't find another set of the 2028s to replace them. So, on with the search for a new/better replacement. I found these at O'Reilleys yesterday. The part number is Blazer Pro Optix C8083KB. I installed them last night (not very hard at all) and aimed them in an empty dark parking lot. I will say they are pretty frickin bright. Powered by a 55W H3 Bulb. Heck, even the box has a pic of a 98+ Camaro with them. I was a little suprised. They were $39.99, BTW. They do a pretty good job of filling the driving light hole. Here are some pics.
