What options available for a 1998 Chev Silv for VCM Tuning? I have a friend with a 1998 Chev Silv 1500 3rd Door truck with a 350 vortec engine. He has a 90 mile an hour speed limiter among other things. I have not dealt with this model of truck before and was wondering what options are available for tuning besides handhelds as he is wanting to do some pretty heaving modding if he can get me to tune it with a prog similar to tunercat, hp tuners, lt1 edit, etc...
