Question Fox body (mustang LX) with LS1 engine & gear?

The different weight between LX and Camaro is around 350 lb to 400lb.
I am thinking to buy LX and make it a project car and install LS1 engine and gear. I don't new if there is any one do it before but I think it will be crazy car (very fast) with few mods (cultch, 3.91 ratio, cam, exhaust system, filter, and suspension). But the problem is how to connect the gear with rear end? What do u think I should get @ 1/4? Any suggestions or commit!!

You'll be able to mate it up to the rear end. The extreme chasis 8.8 is the proof.

People have done this before, on this board even.

Go to the hybrid section.

And you don't know how the rear end will link up, I'm not sure you're ready for this swap.
