They have a new location in Nevada, and I recently got STELLAR service from them on a quick rebuild of my Yank 3000.
I called ahead and spoke to whoever answered the phone (no problems getting in touch with them) and let them know it was coming.
Overnighted to them, rebuilt/refreshed and overnighted back out the same day. Wow.
I had it back in my car in three days !
Thanks Yank !

is it hard getting a custom 'verter from him? one day i'd like to match up stall speed, torque ratio, shift extension to my motor. wonder if it would be better to try a vig, if mike might be a pain. never delt with him before.

I've spoken to the new guy once, but when I started to ask questions, he had to put me on hold to talk to Mike. Mike is still there and I have been dealing with him lately. Before the move/new facility, I didnt have a good impession of Mike, but now everything is great. 9 out of 10 times someone answers the phone. It was hard getting ahold of someone at the old number and even so when they said they would be up and running again from the move. But not that they are settled in, I dont think it'll be a problem. My converter was scheduled to deliver there today, I hope they can get it out by tomorrow. Would like to see it this week!
