Cylinder head grounding bolts

Cylinder head grounding bolts
What size grounding bolt goes into the rear of the passenger side head? I believe the driver side was 15mm but I'm not sure of the length. It appears that the bolt came loose and there are a few wires which are supposed to mount back there.
Think it's possible to put it on correctly without pulling coils or valvecover?

I am pretty sure that the passenger side has a bracket that holds a wire loom. I did not put mine back in. No wires are grounded on the pass side. There are 2 gounds on the drivers side.
If its an a4 the dipstick tube is secured with a bolt on the pass side. I have seen this on 98 00 and 02. Not sure about 99 or 01. Probably the same tho.
