Maf reads 0hz!?!?!?

Maf reads 0hz!?!?!? SES light comes and throws a PO102 code, i think this is the low input code, we checked it on autotap and it reads 0hz at idle. My car is running extremely rich at idle, and i'm tired of smelling like gas when i go to work!!! please help me guys, i'm gettin like 160 miles to a tank. My car has a mild cam and full bolt ons with 4.10s.
