Default how ofton should i change my springs?

i have a 231/237 and the dual gold springs with about 25 track passes and 4k miles of just street driving...should i change em yet? if not, then when should i? and does anyone know what the seat pressure should be? thanks

pull some of them and check 'em. i'd think you'd be ok til ~10k tho.

I thought you could go 20k before changes? Although 25 passes at the track took some of their life.

welll the main reason im asking is because im pulling my top end off this week to change a couple of clicking lifters that collapsed(im hopeing thats the problem) and it will be a simple swap while the heads are off of the car. thanks for you input guys

On a car that is driven pretty hard like a track car or daily driver that is raced every weekend I always suggest changin' em every year.
