Default vacmod kit?

Hi,

I'm considering transgo's vacuum modulator setup.

I know it takes the line pressure control away from the computer. Does anyone know whether it takes control of the shift points away, or if the computer still controls that?

Thanks,

Steve

The computer will still control the shift points. All the vacuum modulator does is take control of line pressure to match is closer to engine load and give quicker line rise.

If you want to control shifts manually, TransGo makes a manual kit, but it will be full time manual, no more automatic shifting.
