which handheld or programmer is this? which of the handheld or programmers can u use on multiple same year same make cars with just buying one.

VHP, but you can only tune one car at a time. ie: you can use it on multiple makes of same year range (camaro, firebird, corvette), but you'd have to remove it from one car to tune another.
