Default Opinions Wanted: AFRs or Forged Internals?

I'm trying to decide how to save my money for my next big modification and I've been going back and forth between forged internals and a 200 shot or a set of AFR heads. I know I'm reaching the limits of the stock internals, and that would only be furthered with the installation of heads since I still intend to spray a 100 shot.

What would you all suggest?

Spent $1000-1200 on TEA Stg 1.5's or 2's and spend the extra buying forged pistons and rods....should be able to get it done somewhat close to the cost of AFR's
