Lifter recommendations TSP 231/237 112 LSA and Harland Sharp 1.7's on the way. What lifters do I need. I heard people say you don't run comp R's with these rockers, others say yes. Can I run my stock ones? What do I really need?

What I'm I really going to see with different lifters. I have 60K on the car so I'm going to change em out. I don't need to have the best, but I want something durable as all the other parts going into the car are quality. Are Comp R's fine?
