Upgraded fuel pump needed ?
I've done a rebuild and made quite a few upgrades and wanted to know if it's really necessary to upgrade the fuel pump, at this point. Car is a '00 with 39K, rebuild has 500 miles on it and the mods are:
stock 346 block
stock pistons (coated)
stock rods
stock crank
stock head milled .030 (stock gasket)
2.05/1.55 valves (I believe/have to look again)
224/581/122 +4
double roller timing chain
lid
LS6 intatke
stock injectors
S2 TB
ASP pulley
Hooker LTs thru catted Y
I think that I'll stick with the stock injectors, as I believe this is around a 410 RWHP set up and should put me around 80% on the injectors at WOT....unless anyone cares to correct my math.
What's the mass opinion of those in the know ?

I've got almost the same mods and upgraded my stock 2000 injectors (26lb) to the stock 02 28's. I seem to be doing just fine on a stock pump so far.
On the other hand now I'm asking the questions because I'm thinking about throwing a 150 wet shot on top of that and I'm already at a solid 415rwhp.
You might be OK unless you have plans to go bigger as long as you have gotten rid of the stock 2000 injectors. From what I've read and been told they are the lamest of the bunch at only 26.x lbs. I got mine from TSP on the rail as well for 60$ so even if you go huge later you are only out that 60.
