5 mph increase with exhaust & lid
Just thought I would pass on results from installing Pacesetter LT, true duals, and a lid.
My previous best on my 99 M6 was 8.58 @83.67mph. Car had a catback only.
My best so far with the headers, duals, and lid is 8.24@88.15mph.
Im thinking around 40 or 50hp increase to pick up 5mph. Not bad for a $750 investment in my opinion.
This is of course 1/8 mile. I would assume that I would have gained 8-10 mph in the 1/4 over the stock with catback trim but I never got a chance to run it in the 1/4.

Pacesetters fit like a glove. They just popped into place with no banging or wiggling at all. They dont even come close to touching anything on the car.
I used a universla x pipe kit along with some dynomax bullets to make my own custom exhaust. It turned out good.
All of the pics can be found HERE
Headers are coated and they are awesome.

Kick ***. i also gained good on my SS when it used to be bolt-on. Went 13.6@104mph stock save for a shifter. Then added mac mids w/ hiflow y-pipe, borla, lid and k&n. Then went 13.0@109 on nitto 275/40 DRs had 2.1 60fts though then my CF DF clutch fried( shouldve upgraded hydralics) Could've made some high 12sec passes if i had hooked a lil better but i was just beginning to learn to drive on the drag strip then, back in 2001. Anyway cheers on the great results!!!!
