Default Stock MAF same as Chevy Van?

I have a SLP MAF and I dont want it anymore. It came with the car, I dont need it, and it is harder to tune than a stock MAF. So, I checked out car-part.com and they have a lot of listings for late model vans with the 5.7 liter. Are those MAF's the same as mine?

If it's a V8 van, there is a good chance it's the same meter.
